P2: Create a proposal and client documentation to support the pitch.
To make these samples I used Adobe InDesign, First I opened a blank white document that was set to Vogue magazines specifications, and after that I planned each cover and spread around a theme, searched for relevant images and worked creatively from there. I used a google specific search tool so that I only came across high quality images so I could preserve the high end artistic nature of the magazine.
Sample Covers for my magazine.
Sample Spreads.
In these sample spreads I have used colour gradient producing technology to replicate the colours seen in the images, and make an attractive and smooth look to my publication. Furthermore this edginess further promotes the fact that this is supposed to look like an independant magazine.

P3: Create a pitch to communicate an idea to the client.
When looking at various presentation techniques the most resounding thing that can be taken from this is that, visual aids if used simply but effectively, as they give the audience something to focus on whilst you are presenting. This keeps their interest for longer whilst giving them key info that they can use to better understand their knowledge of the topic you are talking about.
Further to this, whilst using hand movements often improves the way that your presentation is delivered if done to to great of an extent it actually comes across as threatening and puts the audience off of listening to what you have to say. |

Humour is something that many presenters incorrectly gauge, a presentation that comes across as too humorous seems as though the presenter doesn't take the subject seriously and makes the audience dismiss it as silly, However a dry presentation can often come across as very boring and this also make the audience lose interest and care in the product or presentation. The best way to handle this dilemma is to think about; Who (the audience is), What (the product or presentation is about), and Why (are you doing the presentation, what is the end result.) with these due considerations the presenter should be well equipped to add humour to their presentation.
